BAAAAHH. XD Alright, so this is for entering the 'Create your Splicer' contest or whatever. I really wanted to make one, I just kinda...stalled. XD WELL ANYWAY, YES this boi here, was my OWN IDEA. MHM~ He wears a belt that holds EVE hypos, (Sneaky bugger,) and the plasmid he wields is the hypnotize big daddy. Yeah, HE'S PRETTY BAD ASS. And yes, I know, half ass back ground WHATEVER. XD I did not feel like doing a huge back ground, okay? And yes, I cheated with the EVE. But cmon, my hand is killing me here. ^^ But isn't he just beautiful?
